Refund policy

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES 

Items purchased in BLORENIAS BOUTIQUE ONLINE STORE  (including Shopify, Facebook, Instagram shops)

You can return items purchased in their original, unworn, unused, unopened condition for a full refund of their merchandise value. We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date.

Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• underwear, Swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits, lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear

• Jewelry, beauty product,, wigs, face masks, gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

• • Order Number
  • First and Last name
  • Product names that you want to return/exchange (Name-Color-Size) 

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
• Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
• Blorenias Boutique  will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done

You may  choose to return your package via an alternate method of your choice. If so, please label your package clearly, and send it via a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
